The Emma Villas development plan from 2023 includes the opening of a network of Temporary Hub stores in the territories of major tourist interest. These are unique ‘one stop shops’: places that are a reference point for the Vacation Rental sector, both for tourists and owners.

The investment in the store network represents for Emma Villas:
▪️ the fulcrum of the drive to acquire new properties in new areas of interest
▪️ a physical reference for the guests who wish to select their next holiday in Italy, integrating their stay with unique experiences of an artistic, eno-gastronomic or naturalistic and sporting nature
▪️ a development hub for all professionals and suppliers interested in supporting the accommodation business

The project involves the creation of a network of Temporary Hub-Stores in the most strategic points in Italy. The journey began in Siena, with the opening of the Flagship Store a few meters from Piazza del Campo, and continued in Orbetello (Monte Argentario) and Fano with the opening of the store of the subsidiary Marche Holiday Villas.

The Hub Stores are functional to a greater presence and recognisability in new territories - or in which demand has grown - in which the company intends to intensify its acquisitive and proximity activities; these allow:
▪️ to the commercial network of Emma Villas a maximum simplification and qualification of the meetings with new owners interested in joining the network
▪️ to the potential guests offer the opportunity to evaluate the properties in the portfolio, the services and the experiences supported by the Store manager
▪️ to local suppliers they open the doors to new collaboration opportunities
