The booking agent is mainly responsible for managing customer bookings via the various systems used (mail, live chat, telephone), processing customer requests, and being in constant communication with them.

  • Managing bookings by villa product, experience product and services offered.
  • Communication with owners and suppliers to ensure availability and confirmations.
  • Support in the creation of customized packages in response to customer needs.
  • Supporting travel agencies/tour operators in managing B2B bookings.
  • Collaboration with the team to ensure a hassle-free experience for customers during their journey.
  • Use of reservation systems (CRM, Back-end, Kalisi, iCAL, etc.) and booking to monitor and update information.
  • Support in bookings for villa products of companies acquired by Emma Villas.
  • Proactive management of potential customer acquisition.
  • Participation in events and trade fairs.

Requirements and skills

Knowledge of English or several foreign languages is a prerequisite for working as a booking agent, for interfacing with foreign persons and organisations. In addition, it is important to possess excellent commercial skills and to know the market in which the company operates.
